My understanding is that the image integration tool can evaluate the noise level in the images and use that to give relative weights to the images when they are integrated. There are not associated options in the GradientMergeMsoac interface, so I assume such a weighting is not implemented there. I think it will be nice if the GradientMergeMosac tool also does similar noise evaluation and weighting.
