I'm sure there are plenty of programs/scripts out there that do this. Why would you want to do so in PI?

So that I don't need yet another program to do just 1 task. No big deal though. I was just wondering if PI could do this.

Hi, you can use
ImageContainer
. Just select your images, in "Output Template" write the new name, for example "newname.fit" and generate the
Icon Instance
of ImageContainer. Finaly apply
NoOperation
process on it.
Saludos, Alejandro.
