Problem Calibrating, Aligning, and Integration
« on: 2015 June 25 15:06:39 »
I need help on a problem I cannot solve.  Yesterday I calibrated some images and completed the processes using BPP calibration, StarAlignment, and ImageIntegration.  The images all looked fine.  Today, I repeated the process using the same data and after any step, the images are pure white and pure black. I have even tried BPP for calibration through integration. Have I unknowingly reset a file format?  Does PI need to be reset?  I tried closing PI and also rebooting the computer with no change.

Info update:  It appears this only happens when calibrating.  And it appears to be affecting only one image data set.  I tried images taken before and after this image and calibration works fine.  What can cause one image data set to calibrate with results that look like a binarized mask.  Stars are pure white and all else is pure black?  I am using raw camera data from an SBIG ST-10XME.  Could I have setup Maxim DL to auto save in an improper format?  The problem with that is I can open the raw images in PI and they look fine.  It is only after calibrating that they turn to garbage.

Another update.  I just tried recalibrating one of the other data sets that I had just successfully run and now it gives me the same pure black and pure white images.  Has any one tried recalibrating a data set a second time using BPP and obtained good images?
