Author Topic: Which order for DBE, ColorCal and Background Neut?  (Read 2800 times)

I do all of these when the image is linear.  I did DBE first on my narrowband M1 image, but re-processing that I find that the black point gets clipped somewhere along the line while still linear.  When the color combination is first run to create the color image, the background is very blue.  After that, I've been doing DBE, then ColorCal, then Background Neut.  Is that the right order?

DBE first (get rid of any colour gradients) then BackgroundNeutralization followed by ColorCalibration.
