Batch Pre-processing Script

Every time the script is run, It completes calibration and star alignment but fails at integration.  Tried several different image sets with the same results.  Ideas?

Is that the entire output? It looks like it's only trying to integrate 1 file. I believe you need a minimum of three. I don't see any failures in this output. Warnings are just that: warnings.

So, this is the critical entry. It looks to me as though everything previous was normal. Take a look at this file and the associated original light frame. Are they in fact empty?
