Win 7 1123: The lower right corner of TreeBox scrollbars appears to have an off by one rendering issue, note the bar extends beyond the frame line. This issue appears in the Script Editor text editing window scrollbars also. The issue is intermittent, and seems to depend on scrollbar state, sometimes rendering is OK, sometimes not. Sometimes the blue highlight frame is overwritten also. See attached pngs.
