Yes, of course. There are many Spanish users that cannot write English. Usually they can read it, but writing is a completely different thing. Then there are users that cannot read and/or write Spanish. Then there are French users that cannot write English (usually they can read it). Then the same for Italian users, Russian, etc, etc... We have all possible combinations here
The ideal situation would be that everything, at least everything important, was available in at least English and Spanish, better if in French too (preferences based on the number of existing users). I'll try to do my best, but in my current situation this has to be very deep in the priority stack.
