Project saved with second PI instance doesn't open fully in main instance

I,
I worked on a project , probably in PI 2ns instance.
Now, I have launched the project from main program and it just open a couple of pictures.
Launching from PI second instance does open the multi gigabyte project.
Is this a bug or I am missing something?
I now have to launch it from second instance if I wont to work on it.

I don't have a copy but the system was giving an exception error, with memory error.
I am sorry my cut & paste went lost.
It seems I solved disabling swapping on my external SSD disk.

the Swap was configured in the not working instance.
I configured 4 folders in the same disk: is that the issue?

may be it is not related to swap.
I can't access the project anymore.

by chance the project was opened with PI second instance.
I saved the project again, with a different name.
The file size of the two project is very different.

Tried to launch the new project, same error...

I have the same thing.
It all started yesterday. When you try to download the project appeared errors at different stages of loading.
This morning I reset the settings. After that, the project has successfully loaded.
I worked on a project and then save it.
Now the project is not loaded again. Always stays in the same place.
The same thing happens when I try to open some of the other projects. But not all. Some projects are loaded without problems.
My system: Windows7 pro x64, 16GB RAM. Temp directory and pagefile.sys on SSD.

I have had a couple of projects that saved successfully and then generated errors (like Oleg reports) on reload since I upgraded to 1.8.3.1115.  I went back to 1.8.2.1098 and haven't had an error since.  I had problems a while back with a flaky SSD that manifested as errors on project load so I didn't want to report a problem until I was sure it wasn't my hardware...

After upgrade to version 1123 all my projects have been successfully loaded
