M42 in HaLRGB
« on: 2014 November 03 11:53:28 »
Hi Guys,
I took this last week from my villa in Spain.
it was a bit of a mission to process as I had a few too many exp lengths...probably!  quite happy with the end result tho, and would be more than happy to hear your thoughts!

made up of: LRGB 15s,60s,120s,600s    and Ha 60s,600s    I only used 0.2%Ha in my final image.
total exp time 17.3hrs

Thanks for looking
Colin

The core is a little bit overexposed. Try to fix this using a HDRMT tool. The rest of an image is excellent.
