StandardStatusThis covers all PCL classes involved in status monitoring.
Status monitoring consists of a set of PCL classes and functions to provide feedback and progress information about ongoing processes.
Along with the new documentation, I have revised all previously existing documentation entries and have fixed lots of mistakes, and extended many ones, including some code examples.
