Images taken with fish-eye lenses can not be modeled by the Gnomonic projection that ImageSolver (and PinPoint and Astrometry.net) uses. Usually the orthographic projection is better for these images.
I have plans for modifying ImageSolver in order to be able to choose between several projections including the othographic projection. However, I don't know if it will be able to solve your image.
This new version should be available in a few weeks. I have a partially finished version that works much better with wide angle images, but I can not finish it until PI implements a few new methods in PJSR.
