Color Management Again
« on: 2014 June 15 06:19:52 »
Attached is a screen shot of my settings and yet each time I open a gray scale image I'm asked to save before closing. I think it has to do with my color management settings. Do these look appropriate? I have my NEC MultiSync monitor set as a extended monitor and do my processing using that monitor for its color accuracy.

Change the grayscale one from AdobeRGB to Gamma 2.1 and see how that goes.  AdobeRGB is an RGB colourspace, the Gamma ones are grayscale.

I reported the same, although from an incorrect 'bug report'.  http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=7185.0

I have 3 monitors on my system and can't find a way of changing the Monitor Profile in the ColorManagementSetup dialog box.  The one there is for my Windows monitor, PI has the other 2 (different) monitors.  I just ordered another monitor to give me 3 identical to see if that will help.
