lum mask as weighing matrix for DBE/ABE?
« on: 2014 September 05 11:47:13 »
As per subject, I'm wondering if it's possible to use a luminance mask to give ABE/DBE sampling points weights that are proportional to the mask values.
I have a nebulosity-rich RGB frame with a gradient that I'm finding very hard to accurately characterize. Fortunately I also have an L frame that is gradient-free and I would like to use that information to accurately remove the gradient from the RGB frame. Any hints or suggestions?
