I used only flats..
then debayered them.
my camera is Starlight Xpress Triues 814c what is the best debayer pattern?
I even used auto background extractor

The problem is just that: you can not only use flats. If you want to use flats you need to calibrate both light and flat frames with bias/dark.

Hi Altayer!
Could it be that you first registered the images and debayered afterwards?
Your "colormosaic" looks like the Lights have been aligned and than debayered.
Correct sequence is: Calibration, Debayer, Register, Integration,...
