Hello, Happy new Year,
Has anybody else had problems with their activation code, user name when trying to activate the new version of Ripley? I have a copy of the original license, user name, activation code etc. these do not activate the programme. All I get is a message saying incorrect activation code! I was lead to believe all of this would be unnecessary. On receiving the email from PI that the new version was available, I deinstalled the older version and downloaded the Ripley version. This worked for about a month, but now, won't launch and requests the submission of the activation codes. I have tried to enter the original codes, received when purchasing my first version of PI, these however, are not correct. I've tried contacting PI support, with no luck, maybe the holiday is the reason. Anybody have similar problems or advice? I'm on a Mac Os 10.8.5.
