Batch Processing script is now very slow
« on: 2013 December 22 10:15:28 »
Hi i have been using the BPS to calibrate and register my images without a problem until now.I recently updated to the new release and since then using the BPS is now causing problems. It calibrates and does the cosmetic correction ok but when it registers the files it starts to go really slow getting progressively slower as it works its way through them.It comes to a point where it is taking five minutes plus to register one file.can anyone help with this please.I have restored my computer to a time before I updated but there is no working PI on the computer despite a successful restore.I have also redownloaded the recent version and it is still doing it.

I am updating the post for other users reference. I ended up reinstalling windows 7 on the computer as I noticed problems with other programs. downloaded PI again and all is fine.

I had the same problem with star align. I then realized I downloaded the wrong version for mac (I think). Downloaded for mac and runs like a charm (so far)
