help with a installation file

Hi all,

I found this file PCL-02.00.09.0651-20131214.zip in software distribution but I don't know what to do with it.

Of course, I'm a newbie here, so any help would be appreciated.

I'm really excited with the PIX features a friend of mine showed to me so I'll be here for a long while.

You need this file only if you want to develop for PI. For installation, you need the installer, for instance PI-windows-x86_64... if you have a 64 bit version of Windows.
