Mac issues

Just upgraded to mav OS.  For some odd reason when trying to add lights to pre batch processing 12 of the 15 images (all taken at the same session) are available to add. The other 3 are gray and can't add. I can go to my documents and they seem to be there and open fine.  File extensions are the same

I've noticed that sometimes files are grey but I can still select them! In PI.

To follow up, I had TIFF selected originally. I looked in a directory with no TIFFs, so all FITS were grayed out. Then I switched to All File Types, and they stayed gray... but I could select and open them with no problem.
