Hi There,
I'm trying to do a mosaic, and the Lum layer is done, but I did not note any of the panes co-ords. I was lining them all up by eye. I would like to use the planeterium program to send the mount to the center co-ords of each Lum pane, so that I can do the RGB run. Can I find out from the plate solve script what the center co-ords of a loaded image are, or does it jsut tell me whats in the image?
Thanks Tom

The Script-Image Analysis-Image Solver does just that! It doesn't actually label things in the image, that's for Script-Render-Annotate Image.

When you run Image Solver, it will show you a console entry like this -- the center, corners, image scale, pixel resolution, all of it! And all that info is added to the FITS header. Magic!

Perfect thanks Scott,
Do I need to upload a star catalogue for reference or is there one in PI?

You can use the PPMX catalog distributed by PixInsight for the StarGenerator process: http://pixinsight.com/download

The script also allows to use several online catalogs.
