Commercial License Stopped Working

Been using PI for a few months now and just now it stopped working. When I try to open the application, it asks for the 'user identifier' and 'activation code'. I found the old email with that info and tried to enter it and it says 'INVALID'. I even tried deleting and re-downloading the program to no avail. I found the license file on my HD and it is intact and unchanged.  I emailed support and the did the contact form thing, Just wondering if any body has ran across this before.

Seems like it is not finding the license file. Double-check that it is located in the directory it uses (see the FAQ, for your OS instructions).
Also, it is possible that the license file is corrupted. If you have PI in another computer, try copying the file from there, and replacing the one in your HD. Also, installing PI in another computer and trying your current license file will help.

It somehow got moved to a different location and I moved it back to the appropriate directory and it started right up.
