Wanted to run this on three separate narrow band images.  Ran on the first, but not on second or third.  Closed and reloaded PI, then the second ran.  Closed and reload and ran the third.

I don't understand what the problem is here. AFAIK, the MaskedStretch script runs just on the current active image. I don't quite understand why you have had to exit and enter PI.
