Update Process Failed

Today (8/4/13) when I clicked on the updates, the
PI Core 1.8.0.1023 RC7 (cumulative bugfix)
failed to download with error:

File checksum error: C:/Users/Jeff/AppData/Local/Temp/PixInsight64-update/pixinsight.com/20130730-windows-x86_64-core-c.zip

which occurred when I tried again.  However, when I restarted to get the other four , I got another message saying that the update failed:

I only see 1 failure, no successes in the log of the 5 downloads in the grouping.

Can this be fixed so I can get these updates (Win7 64)

I still get this error, every time I try to install this core update.  The other 4 updates installed fine.
It seems to me this file is corrupted on the server.
Hope someone can look at that.

Hi Jeff,

This happens because you are entering an incorrect user name and/or password for authentication to download the core application update.

The server has valid update packages. The core 1.8.0 RC7 application prints an incorrect "file checksum error" message when it should say "bad authentication". This is a small bug that I'll fix in the final 1.8.0 release.

If you email support, we'll be glad to check your license data and provide you with your current user name and password. Be sure we'll fix this issue.
