Just starting out ! :)
I have a Atik 460 CCD.  I took 20 BIAS frames with the CCD with and integrated them with Integration tool.

I now try to calibrate my light frames (taken with same CCD) with only BIAS (no darks or flats).  I get "Incompatible Image Geometry".  Hmmm.  OK, so now I try one of the uncalibrated BIAS frames.  Same problem.  Whats wrong do you think? Seems something wrong with my BIAS but why?  I took them with the same CCD so dimensions etc are correct.  Took them with shortest exposure with Artemis as you are supposed to with BIAS..... ????

Anyone help please?  I am stuck...!  :-\

Maybe Binning is different.

Yes indeed!  Binning different!  Sorted :)  I took another set pf 2x2 BIAS and it worked :)

So I have now calibrated, registered and integrated my RGB channels at 2x2.  How do you use the luminance channel because that is binned 1x1?

After processing the luminance and RGB channels you can register the images using Dynamic Align and then combine.
