Any idea how long it normally takes for Pixinsight to respond to a request for the software trial. I got the letter saying they received my application on Friday. I'm just getting anxious!!!

It is not an automated system. You'll have to wait untill Juan sends you the mail. Take a look into the spam folder, in case it is there.
If you have no response in the next days, leave another message here.
