Dear PI Community,

I have PI 1.8.0 RC7 x64 unter win 7 professional x64 (all updates for PI and windows).

Directly after start of PI I get the following error messages:

Error initializing ICC color profile transformation: LCMS Error (13): Couldn't link the profiles
PixInsight was unable to initialize the color management subsystem.
Color management functionality will not be available during this session.
Some images may be rendered incorrectly.

If I accept the messages and load a colour image, PI crashes with the following
errors from windows os:

Update

I found this to be an issue of user security under Windows 7.
If I log in as a user with system privilege, everything works fine.
If I log in as an "ordinary" user -> Error Message and Crash.
