RGB frames + OIII frames, how to do that?
« on: 2013 January 17 01:34:29 »
The camera is Canon 50D.
I have 7x600 RGB ISO400 frames, and 43x300 ISO800 clip-in OIII filter frames.
So, I wanna replace the Blue channel from RGB frames with the one from OIII frames.
How to do that, any sugesstions?

Hi,

that shouldn't be too hard. Try something like this:

- register your O3 frame to the RGB frame using DA or SA
- split your RGB frame into its three channels using ChannelExtraction
- combine your RG and O3 using ChannelCombination

You can probably replace the B channel with your O3 data using PixelMath too.
Best,
