On Win7:
Open HT, reset, add two points.
Use the left/right arrow keys to move to the leftmost point.
Change one of the numbers using the keyboard but don't press the enter key.
Use the arrow keys to move to the rightmost point.
Now use the arrow keys again to move back to the leftmost point.
The change to the number made earlier is lost.
Maybe this is a bug?
