Registering unbinned and binned data in Batch Preprocessing Script

Is it possible to use the Batch Prepocessing Script to register both unbinned luminance data and binned RGB data.
I have just started using binned and unbinned data and am not sure of the processing work flow for this situation.
Any information word be appreciated.

Yes Ed, BPP is quite capable of upscaling the 2x2 RGBs, to a single, 1x1 reference L.
