GradientMergeMosaic error message

I am trying to merge a number of parts into a mosaic using GradientMergeMosaic. I don't get very far. The eror message is *** Error: Current image width differs from first image width.

What does it mean? Do the images have to be identical size?

Yes, the images need to be identical in size. They are when the previously have been aligned via StarAlignment. See the documentation or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2r3ZYqCaP8 for more.
