Short answer: no.
There are a lot of processes that require a lot more computational time to achieve a solution, and hence cannot be previewed in real time. Deconvolutions are a good example of this. Maybe in the future ;)

By the way, i just remembered that the  research job that a friend was doing took 20hrs to calculate the result (in matlab)...
