If I load in all my master calibration frames and the lights from multiple filters, and I have all the use-masters boxes checked, I wind up with two circumstances. If I have calibrate-only unchecked, all lights are calibrated/registered, and a master light per filter is created. However, in this scenario, if I check calibrate-only, only the lights from the first filter is calibrated. Thoughts/experiences?
