Georg, my darks are 2400s so I tweaked your script to accept times greater than 600s. But the results are not good: gain 0.01 e-/DN, readout noise 0.07 e- rms, dark current 0.0002 e-/p/s and full well 642 e-. I placed files in forum shared files mschuster/BasicCCDParameters. These 16 bit frames are binned 2x2. They are frames not masters which is what I assume your script wants. My own very rough estimates are gain 1.0, readout noise 12, dark current 0.016 and full well 57000. Maybe something more than my simple tweak is necessary?
