Batch preprocessing bug

I tried to do calibrate only with a LRGB set. It created the flat masters for each filter but only calibrated the blue filter images. Unchecking calibrate only all filters calibrate and align normally.
Also, I tried to add images obtained with Maxim dl through custom. I was adding lights and flats with a custom filter names because they were the opposite side of the pier ( rotator).
I could not add images. Note : they had keywords for flat liights and filter.

Hi Max,
To find out what happens I need the images. Could you upload a them to Endor? We need just a minimal set that reproduces the problem (for example, we don't need 50 light frames if the problem happens with just 4 frames). Thanks!
