DEBAYER
« on: 2016 November 05 11:53:21 »
dear all,
i'm facing a problem when debayering. i use a EOS550D mod Baader
summarize what i made til now:
in DSLR-RAW format explorer menu i set pure RAW.
i made superbias, master dark, master flat, calibrated my light frames, integrated all and i got a gray image (i applied STF)
when i try to debayer the image i get what you see on second image.
can someone help me?
if you need more details you can ask me

thank you very much

You must apply debayer after calibration but BEFORE ImageAlignment  and ImageIntegration.

thank you very much, i tried on a single calibrated file and i got a good image.
this means that i will have to debayer every single calibrated frame and then i have to align and integrate?

In the Scripts menu under Batch Processing you will find a script called BatchDeBayer.

Exactly. You can use the script Batch Processing and checking Calibrate only.

I always use batch preprocessing script; this time i made all step by step in order to have full control for calibration frames and i forgot to make debayering before aling. Thank you very much for you quick help and suggestion
