Colour Calibration
« on: 2011 June 17 14:26:07 »
Hi

I have been following Harry's tutorials, part of it includes the colour calibration. I am processing an RGB of nebulosity which does not really have a white reference unlike the galactic example Harry worked on.

How can I over come this?

All you need is a large number of stars. The assumption is that if you make the average star color white then your color balance will be good. This seems to work fine for me.

Harry

I watched 'Image process of 'catanonia's LRGB M106 part 1 the colour' I have just found and watched your CC specific tutorial, I did not know about the aggregator either. Thank you very much.
