Attached you'll find the new version 1.55 of the standard MakefileGenerator script. This version is compatible with the PCL building system on FreeBSD and fixes a number of minor bugs on all platforms. Note that PixInsight/PCL requires GCC 4.4 or higher on both FreeBSD and Linux.
