(english text below)

http://astrosurf.com/astronosur/galeria/NGC4755_20100628.htm

Enzo.

Hello everyone,

Let me introduce myself: my name is Enzo, I'm in Buenos Aires. I have a 203 mm F/5 reflector telescope, and a 80 mm F/5 small refractor. I realized astrophotos for a long time with a compact camera (SONY DSC W5) and recently I got into photography with DSLR camera (Canon EOS 300D) I was browsing the forum and have learned many things. I hope to eventually make some interesting contributions too. I leave an image, the first deep sky photo taken with the refractor, entirely processed with PixInsight:

Have comma at the edges, and a slight gradient, but I hope to improve the technique (although would need a field flattener for the comma)

Greetings to everyone,

Enzo.

Welcome aboard.  Gradient is not too bad and DBE should take care of it early in your processing steps.

Hola Enzo

Bienvenido a PixInsight Forum. I am glad to have you here!

For those users that don't know you, let me point out that your website is one of the best and best designed astronomy resources available in Spanish on the net: http://astrosurf.com/astronosur/. Enzo is also co-author of the excellent observation book Exótico Cielo Profundo.

A nice wide field image. As Jack I also think that DBE will fix that gradients at the first steps of your processing, especially while the image is still linear.
