Animated GIFs

Would like the ability to auto align and stack images (like time lapse frames of Jupiter or the sun) and make animated GIFs out of them. I do this now in Photoshop but have to tediously and, not too accurately, hand align them. Ouch.

try the FFTRegistration script (click "output registered images") and then use Blink (with ffmpeg) to create the time lapse.
