Cannot prevent debayering RAW files during integration
« on: 2020 January 04 03:58:15 »
Happy New Year everybody.

I have a standard project that I use for calibration purposes, with preset processes for CCD and CMOS cameras. I have Fuji RAF RAW files, which I am trying to calibrate.

PI is behaving unexpectedly at present. I am trying to integrate bias/dark files. I have tried both raw and cfa input format hints, but in the first case, it generates RGB images (which according to the pop-up, should not be the case) and in the second, autorotates and I get a 'square' mono image.

As far as I know, I have not done anything to change the settings. Mac OSX 1.8.8-2

The strange thing is that the PreProcessing script is working, and only debayers prior to registration
regards
Chris

Try checking "No image flip" in RAW Format Preferences (accessible from Format Explorer).

Many thanks John - that worked. It was just by luck that my previous CFA images had been taken in the same orientation and hence the auto rotate did not come into play.
