Saving Process Icons

I load an image into PI and select the BackgroundNeutralization icon.  The Process menu item Process -> Process Icons submenu shows the Save Process Icons submenu item grayed out; hence, I can’t save the icon.  Right clicking on the icon only gives the following options: To Workspace, Unshade, Pack, Update, Translucent, Visible on all Workspaces and Close. 
What am I doing wrong in trying to save the icon?

Try dragging an instance of the process to the work space and then saving it.
