LocalNormalization crashing Windows

HI, when I run LocalNormalization and Drizzle integration I get random PI and even Windows (Win10 64bit) crashes
I7 8700k and 32Gb RAM
 any ideas?

I have noticed that while I have 12 available cores (6ohysical and 6HT) when running LN the processing console reports 13 threads, while all other processes report 12
Hopefully someone can provide some support
