Tutorials with data to follow along?
« on: 2019 August 01 15:59:39 »
I'm looking for tutorials which also have associated image data so I can follow along and try variations on each step. I think that's a great way to learn. Anyone have any links to share?

I'm a visual learner and I agree that this would be incredibly helpful!

Hi hmessing1 & fatboy1271,

Here there is a processing example of M16 that provide the Integration, so you can follow it applying every process.
Please note that this example is from 2012 and PixInsight has changed a lot since that time. You will need to make some changes, for example HistogramEqualization is no longer available, you can use AdaptiveStreth instead for the visualization step.
Also you would need to replace MaskedStretch script by the MaskedStretch process.

Hope this helps
Saludos, Alejandro.

Hey Warren!

Glad you got the site up!!! This is Patrick Coy; we had been in communication about possibly using my data. I can't wait to dive into this :)
