It worked fine for me when I drizzled the debayered images from OSC data.
What steps did you take?
What was the issue you encountered?
When I did it, I outputted Drizzle data from Star Alignment...and then I subsequently used Drizzle Integration on each of the color sets.

I have used drizzle on DSLR data a lot but I never used BPP. I always did everything manually. As Adam says, tick the drizzle box in StarAlignment and tick it in ImageIntegration. Then perform a DrizzleIntegration. See for instance this workflow

No problem to use Drizzle on DSLR data.

Adam and Wouter have outlined the procedure. I want to complement that in ImageIntegration you have to apply 'Add Files' twice, once for the registered light frames and once for the Drizzle files (which were created by StarAlignment). In DrizzleIntegration I found that I had to input the directory where the calibrated light frame reside into 'Format Hints / Input directory'. 'Enable CFA drizzle' has to be checked in DrizzleIntegration.

What error message is appearing in which step of your procedure?

This is only necessary if you have moved the calibrated frames to a different directory on your filesystem after image registration, or if you have moved the data to a different filesystem (e.g., a different computer or network). The original location of the calibrated data is always stored in .xdrz files.

in ImageIntegration you have to apply 'Add Files' twice, once for the registered light frames and once for the Drizzle files (which were created by StarAlignment).

You can also drag the whole set of .xisf and .xdrz files from File Explorer to ImageIntegration, or the folder that contains all of them. ImageIntegration will detect and associate images and drizzle data files automatically. Also works if you drag from a system or desktop file manager application.
