Working with FITS files from the Las Cumbres Telescope network

Hi, I am new to PI and am struggling with processing FITS images from the Las Cumbres Telescope network. PI will load individual images but not groups of images. When I try to perform batch pre-processing nothing happens and likewise with integration. I would be grateful for some advice.
