I raised the question of keeping a simple text log elsewhere on this forum, and was given the suggestion to write notes into the script editor, and then copy-and-paste them into the comments box when saving the project.
Which works, but is obviously a kludge/work-round.
So, be useful to have a (very basic) built-in 'notepad' that allows simple plain-text notes to be saved automatically inside a project file....
