EAA and SharpCap Pro Live Stacking

I am basically interested in doing just EAA using SharpCap Pro using Live Stacking.  SharpCap Pro has an option to create a fits file.

Would there be anything else that Pixinisght could do to make my image look better versus just taking a stacked snapshot (PNG or TIFF) with SharpCap Pro and using Photshop to improve the image?

Yes but the very nature of EAA tends towards fairly short total integration times so Signal/Noise ration tends to be a little limited.
