Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone could help me with Pixinsight, I can't do Batch Preprocessing anymore and this is the message that appears after the program closes by itself ...

We cannot reproduce this problem. Can you please upload a data set where this error can be reproduced, so we can analyze it? Thank you in advance.

this is the recurring error within Process Console, Unable to acquire CFA pattern information: Required image metadata not available.

As usual, it would be helpful if you shared some information with the people you ask for assistence.

In this case the important facts are e.g.:
Which camera is used?
Which file format is used for saving the captured frames?

Automatic detection of the bayer/mosaic pattern of an OSC camera is possible only when the pattern is stored in the file. This is e.g. the case with DSLR cameras if the proprietary raw format (CR2 for Canon camera, NEF for Nikon camera, etc.) is used. In other cases you have to select the correct bayer/mosaic pattern in the Debayer process window. The correct bayer/mosaic pattern can be found out from the manufacturer of the camera.

So the message that you encountered is presumably user error due to incomplete input data, it is not an error due to software deficiency

Juan needs a set of data so he can try and reproduce the error himself....can you supply?

the camera used is the Eos 5D Mk2, I set the correct parameters for the CR2 acquisition files using PI, to make it easier for Pixinsigth to do the conversion of the files in IXSF, I hope these data are enough to reproduce the error that I am

You need to upload some image files.

problem solved, there was a parameter in the batch preprocessing incorrect in light frames, thanks for the advice of all of you
