Greetings from Kaikoura NZ and help needed installing

Hi Everyone.

I am trying to install the trial version of PI (01.08.06.1448-20181219-t.exe)on a Dell Optiplex 9020 i7 with 8Gb ram.
All I get is a text box that disappears too quickly to read, then nothing else.
Any ideas, should I try to record my screen and play/pause it or does someone know what is going on, Tks.

Sorted, I installed the latest version, 01.08.06.1457-20190122, which arrived a couple of days later.
I thought that it may have caused version issues with the trail version at first until I noticed that the earlier version was only 24,201 KB, the newer was over 10 times bigger at 292,894 KB.
Don't know why that would be but it worked a treat.
