First, I imported some icons I had saved to my desktop last Feb under version 1.8.5. I try to load them under each of the 4 workspaces but no success. For example with one set, I received this message:

2 icon(s) loaded.
Yet nothing appears on my screen. My other icons I saved under new version 1.8.6 do appear.
Also, my scroll bars below and to the side are gone sometimes. I have tried Full Screen and Full Desktop under View.
