Generated Dynamic PSF Image??

Why does my PSF image always look blocky? I see others and they look much smoother/rounder with more pixels. I'm using a 16 bit CCD (ML16200), why is mine so blocky?

If I stretch it it looks better. Is that what needs to be done or should it look good without the stretch?

depends on the FWHM of the image. indeed though it may need to be stretched to see the whole profile of the PSF.
